Gabrielle Schroder is a business leader with a track-record of taking start-up business divisions and scaling them to maturity. As Group Director, Coaching and Leadership at GrowthOps, Gabrielle leads the Practice that delivers the human capability and alignment needed for transformational growth.
Gabrielle has a successful business career spanning 25 years. She joins GrowthOps after 10 years in a variety of leadership roles with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). An experienced director and practice lead, Gabrielle advises boards and executive teams, helping companies govern for growth, drive performance and achieve sustained value. Immediately prior to joining GrowthOps, Gabrielle was Head of the AICD’s Board Advisory Practice – a Practice she built from the ground up.
Gabrielle is a Fellow and graduate of AICD, a Fellow of the National Heart Foundation of Australia and holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). She is Chair of the Local Advisory Board of the Heart Foundation in NSW and Chair of the NSW Cardiovascular Research Network Committee. She was previously Deputy Chair of the National Heart Foundation of Australia (NSW Division).
